Gmail Discord Monitor ยท Effective September 18, 2026

Gmail Discord Monitor is a private monitoring tool that reads an authorized Gmail inbox and sends selected email notifications to a configured Discord channel.

Information we access

How information is used

Gmail data is used only to detect new inbox messages, apply the configured sender rules, send the resulting notification to Discord, and prevent duplicate notifications. We do not sell Gmail data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

Storage and sharing

The OAuth token, message identifiers, and notification records are stored on a private server. Selected message details are shared only with the configured Discord channel through a private webhook. Copies delivered to Discord are subject to that workspace's access and retention settings.

Data retention and security

OAuth credentials are retained until they are replaced or access is revoked. Message identifiers and notification records may be retained to prevent duplicates and maintain operational history. Access is restricted to authorized operators, and credentials are not exposed publicly.

Your choices

You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions. You may also contact us to request deletion of stored Gmail monitoring data.

Google API Services

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.
